How do I refer a case?

Depending on the urgency and certainty of your diagnosis, you can request one of the following options:

1. Urgent appointment . Call us or email us to make an emergency appointment. We will aim to see your patient as soon as possible.

2. Discuss a case, seek X-ray advice, or obtain an estimate for the initial evaluation if you are unsure of the diagnosis. Use the advice request form .

 

 

3. You do not need to discuss the case and the referral is not urgent. Use the online referral form .
