How do I refer a case?

Depending on the urgency and certainty of your diagnosis , you may request one of the following options :

1. Urgent appointment. Call or email us to make an urgent appointment. We will aim to see your patient as soon as possible.

2. Discuss a case, or ask for x-ray advice or get an estimate for the initial evaluation if you are unsure of the diagnosis. Use the advice request form

 

3. Not necessary to discuss the case and and the referral is not urgent . Use the new referral form.
